Claris Networks buys MindLinx Technology to expand into Nashville

Claris Networks, a Knoxville-based cloud computing and information technology solutions company with offices in Chattanooga, today announced it has acquired MindLinx Technology Solutions in Nashville.

Claris, named by Inc. magazine as the fastest growing private IT company in Tennessee, now employs 90 workers across the state.

"Bringing MindLinx into the Claris fold bolts on even more cloud computing healthcare expertise to our tenured products and services," Larry Bodie, CEO of Claris Networks, said in a statement today. "Claris anticipates continuing to build on what MindLinx has accomplished in the Nashville marketplace."

Claris President, Becky Finnegan, cited Nashville's "growing commitment to technology" as a primary reason for increasing the company's investment in the market. "Like Chattanooga, Nashville is drawing more and more investment from tech companies like Claris," Finnegan said.

Claris Networks has provided cloud computing and managed services support for small to medium-sized businesses throughout the Southeast since 1998.
