ATLANTA - Authorities have identified a man who was found lying dead on a street in southwest Atlanta.
Officials from the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office say an early Friday morning shooting victim has been identified as 36-year-old Edward Campbell.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear. WGCL-TV reported Sunday that police are investigating whether Campbell was targeted because he was dressed as a woman.
