Tommy Russell PierceHamilton County authorities and Crime Stoppers are looking for Tommy Russell Pierce, 28, who is listed on the county's Top 12 most-wanted list.
Pierce has active warrants for violating the sex offender registry and monitoring act and aggravated burglary.
He is 6 feet tall and weighs 285 pounds. His last known address is 508 S. Highland Park Ave. in Chattanooga, but authorities say he might have moved out of Tennessee.
