A 21-year-old woman is being held on a $1.5 million bond after police say she opened fire on a car full of other women last month.

Raven S. Bragg, of Chattanooga, reportedly opened fire on a purple Honda Accord in front a house at 708 W. 47th St. on Feb. 24, according to a police report. She was arrested Tuesday.

One of the women was shot in the knee while trying to run away and was taken to a hospital, the report stated.

The five women told police they were on their way to the house for a cookout when Bragg opened fire, according to the report.

"All victims in this case stated that the defendant began shooting into the vehicle and continued to shoot until she was out of ammunition, went into the residence ... to reload her weapon, and then came back outside and continued shooting into the vehicle," the report states.

Police documented bullet holes in the vehicle and recovered two spent 9 mm casings from the scene, the report stated. Officers searched the house and found items, including a live round and an empty holster, but not the gun, according to the report.

Bragg faces five counts of attempted first-degree murder, five counts of aggravated assault and five counts of reckless endangerment. Her court date is set for March 19 before Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge Christine Sell.
