Nebraska beats Lady Mocs 73-59 in NCAAs

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's basketball team's season came to an end today in the first round of the NCAA tournament after falling 73-59 to Nebraska at Texas A&M's Reed Arena.

UTC led by nine with a little more than 15 minutes to play, but the Cornhuskers got rolling offensively and defensively in the final 10 minutes and pulled away for the win.

Taylor Hall led UTC with 13 points, Alex Black scored 12 and Kayla Christopher added 11.

UTC is 1-11 all-time in the NCAA tournament.
