Richard Lee GarnerRichard Lee Garner, 39, of Dutton, Ala., was arrested Tuesday on drug charges in Jackson County, Ala.
He was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substances (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Garner remains in the Jackson County Jail.
The arrest followed his vehicle being stopped on County Road 418 for traffic-related violations.
