Pitching machines reported missing from East Ridge

Pitching machines used by East Ridge youth teams and the East Ridge High School baseball and softball teams were reported missing April 20, according to East Ridge Police Department.

The two machines missing both value more than $2,000.

The Juggs softball pitching machine has an estimated value of $1,500. The Bulldog softball/pitching machine has a value of about $550, according to a released statement.

Police are asking anyone with any information regarding the location or the removal of these machines is urged to contact the department at 423-867-4503, dispatch at 423-622-1725 or a confidential tip line at 423-867-0016.
