Two juveniles face burglary charges in Red Bank

Red Bank police arrested two juveniles in connection with a burglary on Wednesday, according to a news release.

Officers responded to the Normandy Apartments at 3501 Dayton Blvd. around 1:30 p.m. after the break-in was reported.

Investigators discovered a blood trail leaving the scene and called in additional officers to search the area southeast of the apartments, following the blood trail.

Officers pursued a white male on foot to Cline Street near Berkley Drive, where the suspect was taken into custody. The suspect was treated on scene for injuries he sustained while committing the burglary.

Shortly thereafter, another foot pursuit led to Kingston Street, near Greenleaf Street, and a second suspect was taken into custody.

Both suspects are juveniles and face aggravated burglary charges through the Hamilton County Juvenile Court. Additional charges are pending further investigation.
