The Chattanooga Transportation Department has reported the lights at the intersection of E. Brainerd Road at Morris Hill Road/Hurricane Creek Road will be turned off Tuesday from 9 a.m. until noon for utility work.
The department said drivers are asked to approach the intersection as a four-way stop.
