35 bags of alleged marijuana found in Alabama traffic stop

A traffic stop by a Bridgeport, Ala., police officer on Tuesday led to the discovery of 35 4.5-ounce bags of alleged marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

The traffic stop, which was for reckless driving, occurred at Alabama and Brummel avenues in Bridgeport.

Tenisa Nicole Farmer, 29, of Jasper, Tenn., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana first degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Farmer was taken to the Jackson County Jail where she remains on $3,000 bond.
