DOUBLE SPRINGS, Ala. - Police have identified four people from Tennessee who were found shot dead in rural Alabama.
The dead were discovered Wednesday inside a car parked on a logging road near a forest south of Double Springs.
Authorities said the deceased include 30-year-old Kevin Carley, 29-year-old Robert Hamrick, 29-year-old Amanda Hamrick and 37-year-old Andy Keith Hunt.
Winston County Sheriff Rick Harris told Al.com that all four people were from Savannah, Tenn.
Harris said the deaths appear to be an isolated incident, possibly a suicide or a murder-suicide.
The Alabama Bureau of Investigation and Tennessee law enforcement officials are assisting in the probe.
