A 33-year-old Tennessee man wanted by Kentucky state authorities was arrested Saturday night by Tennessee State Trooper Kevin Hoppe at a rest area in McMinn County.
Jeffrey Earl Seiber, of Hohenwald, Tenn., was arrested and taken to McMinn County Jail after a mobile methamphetamine lab was discovered in his vehicle.
Seiber was charged with being a fugitive from justice, felony initiation of methamphetamine, felony drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence (DUI - drugs) and violation of the registration law.
