Lawyer looks to move trial of ex-corrections head in Tuscaloosa County, Ala.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The attorney for an ex-Tuscaloosa County Community Corrections director accused of sexually abusing employees says he wants his client's case moved to another county.

The Tuscaloosa News reported Wednesday that attorney Jonathan Cross says pretrial coverage involving his client, Daniel Boisot, has likely influenced prospective jurors who will be chosen to hear the case.

Boisot was arrested Sept. 29, 2011, after four women said he verbally and physically harassed them while he was their supervisor.

Cross filed a motion Tuesday to request that the trial be moved to a different county.
