MEMPHIS - Police are investigating the shooting of a 14-year-old boy in a park next to an elementary school in Memphis.
According to WMC-TV, the shooting took place near Evans Elementary on Sunday afternoon.

But witnesses told a TV station reporter that children on the playground were playing with a loaded gun when it accidentally discharged and struck the 14-year-old in the side. He was transported to a local hospital.
