The dead man found by his girlfriend Thursday morning at PineWood Apartments in Brainerd has been identified by police.
Daniel Adams, 44, was found dead by his girlfriend at their apartment at 3301 Pinewood Ave., after she came home from working third shift.
Police say that Adams died of trauma to the head, but haven't been more specific about the cause.
Chattanooga police don't have any suspect information or leads, and no other information is available at this time. Police ask that anyone with information on the incident contact them at 423-698-2525.
