A preliminary hearing date has been set in Hamilton County General Sessions Court for May 8 for 19-year-old Derek Morse.
Morse is accused of killing three men and wounding a teen in a shooting on Kelleys Ferry Place.
Morse also has numerous unrelated charges including fraud, theft, identity theft and criminal conspiracy. He is being represented by attorney Hank Hill.
Morse had a bond a set at $5.25 million on the slayings. He was revoked on the other prior charges in which he was released on his own recognizance.
Investigators are still looking for one to two more suspects.
