Keel, 22, is wanted on charges of robbery, theft, three counts of leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.
He is approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Keel is from the Red Bank area and has been known to stay at motels in the area. His last known address is 3609 Sixth Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37407.
