The 13-mile Riverwalk runs parallel to the Tennessee River.Due to a delay in construction work, the Tennessee Riverwalk is not closing immediately, and will remain open until further notice.
The Hamilton County Mayor's Office said in a news release it will alert residents when construction is ready to begin, and the walkaway will close.
