East Ridge police destroyed narcotics and drug paraphernalia on August 1, according to a news release.
The items destroyed had been confiscated by East Ridge police and were no longer needed for any court proceeding and was authorized by a judicial order.
The estimated street value for the controlled substances destroyed was $5,569.
