Chattanooga police officers responded to a person shot call at 3600 Brainerd Road on Thursday at 5:55 p.m.
On the scene officers spoke with shooting victim Tommy Hubbard who told officers he was shot on North Terrace near Germantown Road.
He also stated that it was two unknown black males in a dark colored vehicle who shot at him.
Hubbard was transported to a local hospital for four nonlife-threating gunshot injuries.
There was no suspect information late Thursday.
