Chattanooga businessman Albert Waterhouse has been charged with driving under the influence again.
The 57-year-old Waterhouse, president of Waterhouse Public Relations, is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County General Sessions Court at 8:30 Friday morning on charges of DUI, driving on a suspended license and violation of open container laws.
Waterhouse pled guilty to DUI in February and his license was suspended for a year.
He previously was charged with DUI in 2004, according to newspaper archives.
