UPDATE: Jury finds Aaron Lawson guilty of first-degree murder in Bradley County double homicide

CLEVELAND, Tenn. - A jury took two hours late today to find Aaron Dean Lawson guilty on two counts of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a handgun in the April 19, 2011, shooting deaths of his daughter's grandparents, Charles "Eddie" and Deborah Phillips.

Lawson's attorney argued against murder charges, saying that - at worst - his client should be convicted of voluntary manslaughter.
