NASHVILLE - An autopsy report says the pilot of a small, private plane that crashed and burned at Nashville International Airport was legally drunk.

The Tennessean reports the autopsy results show that Michael Callen of Windsor, Ontario, had a blood alcohol content of 0.081, which is just above Tennessee's limit of 0.08.

Investigators have said the crash of the single-engine Cessna 172F last year went unnoticed for hours until another pilot saw the wreckage while taxiing for departure.

The report concluded Callen's cause of death to be multiple blunt force and thermal injuries.

The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the crash.
