A wildfire that has closed U.S. Highway 27 in Chattooga County, Ga., isn't related to a controlled burn being conducted in Walker County, sources said.

Chattooga County and U.S. Forest Service personnel are at the wildfire on Taylor's Ridge but don't have information on the size of the blaze, county and federal dispatchers said.
