Gwen TidwellHamilton County Commissioners today voted to prohibit campaign signs, endorsements or any kind of political messaging on county property - except for property adjacent to polling places.
Commissioners prohibited campaign materials today after a letter supporting Criminal Court Clerk Gwen Tidwell last week caused consternation when copies of it were posted in the Hamilton County-Chattanooga Courts Building.
Tidwell said she didn't know the letters had been posted and had them taken down when she saw them.
