Authorities in Dickson and Cheatham counties are investigating a domestic situation that turned violent Tuesday morning.
The incident started when Daniel Dye kidnapped his estranged wife in Dickson County and then drove her to Cheatham County, authorities said.
The victim was driving eastbound on Highway 49 East in Charlotte when she met her estranged husband traveling in the opposite direction.
