UPDATE: Cleveland city court judge found dead of gunshot wound

CLEVELAND, Tenn. -Cleveland police responding late this morning to a downtown parking lot at 4th Street and Broad Street found the body of City Court Judge Bill Moss, according to a news release.

The victim had a gunshot wound that was "possibly self-inflicted," police department Public Information Officer Evie West said in the statement.

The body has been taken to Knoxville for an autopsy and no other information will be released in what police are calling "an ongoing death investigation."
