The men who entered the restroom thought they were alone.

But someone was watching.

Now, all eyes are on the Chattanooga Police Department following its recent naming of a suspect in the case of a spycam that was discovered July 15 in the men's restroom at Chattanooga Billiard Club downtown.

Justin Jamar Wilson, 21, was taken into custody July 25 for Observation Without Consent and booked at the Hamilton County Jail.

Based on the footage from the spycam -- taken from various public restrooms around town -- investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department's Homicide Unit were able to identify one of the locations seen on the camera. From that they were able to locate the suspect's place of employment.

With the assistance of the management of a local Kangaroo station, investigators were able to identify Wilson as the suspect.

Josh Neelands, 27, was out with a group of friends at the downtown bar July 15 when one of his friends found the device in the men's restroom. Originally thought to be an electronic cigarette, Neelands said he was shocked when he hooked it up to a computer and discovered the contents: two folders, one for photos and another for videos of people -- possibly even children -- using the bathroom.

He turned the spycam over to police July 20.

Though Wilson has been taken into custody in regards, the investigation is still ongoing.
