Marcus Oneal BirtChattanooga Police, with the help of U.S. Marshals, have arrested Marcus Oneal Birt, 32, in connection with a homicide earlier this week at 1200 Hooker Road.
Warren Ransom, 33, was found dead on the side of the road by a driver at around 4:30 pm Saturday. Police ruled the death a homicide earlier this week, but released no details about how he died.
Birt has been charged with criminal homicide, especially aggravated robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm.
