Navy's Blue Angels to headline air show in Smyrna

SMYRNA, Tenn. - The Navy's Blue Angels are returning to the Great Tennessee Air Show in Smyrna.

The precision flying team will headline the show on June 15. Their last appearances in Smyrna were in 2008 and 2012.

The Great Tennessee Air Show has been held at Smyrna Airport for more than 40 years. USA Today named it one of the "Top 10 Best Air Shows Around the World" in an article published last year.

This year's show will also feature other aerobatic acts, military and civilian aircraft on display, and a Kid Zone.
