Chris AndersonThe Hamilton County District Attorney's Office has forwarded information to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation regarding possibly false signatures used on the recent petition to recall Chattanooga City Councilman Chris Anderson.
Executive Assistant District Attorney Neal Pinkston confirmed this morning that after the office received notifications from a member of the Hamilton County Election Commission about the possibly false signatures the office requested on May 15 that TBI investigate.
The office also notified State Coordinator of Elections Mark Goins.
