Driver arrested in crash that killed son of 'Survivor' winner

The driver of a vehicle involved in a December crash that killed the son of 'Survivor' winner Tina Wesson has been arrested.

Braylon Davis, 20, was booked at the Hamilton County Jail today after a grand jury indicted him on a vehicular homicide by intoxication, reckless endangerment, minor in possession of alcohol and driving under the influence.

On Dec. 3 Davis ran off of South Germantown Road and struck the wall of a garage. Taylor Lee Collins, 25, was riding in the front seat and died from head injuries suffered in the crash.
