Two of four people charged in connection with an April 9 triple murder in Lookout Valley had their cases sent to the grand jury for possible indictment.

Derek Morse, 19, and Skyler Allen, 22, each face three charges of criminal homicide and one charge of attempted criminal homicide in the shootings.

They appeared before General Sessions Court Judge Christie Mahn Sell, who sent the cases to the grand jury.

Police named the two men, along with a 15-year-old male suspect shortly after the deaths. A 17-year-old female was charged with accessory after the fact.

Court documents indicate that Morse, Allen and the 15-year-old shot and killed Caleb Boozer, Jon Morris and John Lang at an RV near Kellys Ferry Road on the evening of April 9. A 16-year-old victim was also shot but escaped and lived.

The 15-year-old suspect has been held since his arrest. He is scheduled to have a hearing on a transfer to adult court on July 10. Prosecutors want him charged as an adult given the nature of the crime.
