UPDATE: No more traffic backups on Interstate 24 in Chattanooga

Traffic on Interstate 24 in Chattanooga is flowing once again after multiple crashes caused major backups this morning.

Around 6 a.m. a crash blocked I-24 at Exit 181 and Fourth Avenue. TDOT originally estimated that crash would be cleared by 8 p.m. It should be clear by noon.
