A team from Bradley County will head to Colorado to help search for a Cleveland teenager missing there for more than two weeks.

Joe Keller went missing July 23 in Conejos County when he was running in a rural area.

In the days after Keller disappeared, the Bradley County Sheriff's Office offered to send a special response team and other resources to help Colorado authorities in their search, but the offer was declined, according to a news release.

Now, Conejos County Sheriff Howard Galvez will accept the assistance. His office released this statement:

"In the early days of this search and investigation, our office received a call from the Bradley County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee offering to send two detectives to assist. At that time we had detectives from neighboring jurisdictions already here assisting and we declined that specific offer. We have since been in touch with them and they are sending detectives in the coming week."

The search for Keller was suspended last week.

The Denver Post reported that the search took place over a 30-mile radius and included 15 search dogs and 200 people who scoured the area on foot, horseback and all-terrain vehicles. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the safe return of Keller.
