Johnny Allen Richards and Erin Brooke LawsonROGERSVILLE, Tenn. - A Hawkins County couple who beat and stabbed a neighbor after he complained to police about their loud sex were sentenced Monday to a combined 500 days in jail.
Johnny Allen Richards, 33, and Erin Brooke Lawson, 32, were originally charged with aggravated assault in connection to the incident that occurred June 9 at an apartment complex at 2930 Rt. 66-S near Rogersville where they resided at the time.
Aggravated assault is a Class C felony punishable by 3-6 years.
