An East Tennessee man will spend the next 40 years in prison after being convicted Thursday of two counts of rape of child under 13 years old, authorities said.
Jonathan Ryan Lewis, 31, pleaded guilty as a part of a plea agreement that will not allow him the opportunity for parole.
The Sevier County man initially was charged with 34 counts of child rape and faced up to 63 years in prison, according to Sevierville Police Detective Kevin Bush.
