Richard Lovingood, 25, was shot tonight near the 4300 block of Ohls Ave around 7:30, according to Chattanooga Police.
He was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm and abdomen.
Police say the suspect is believed to have been driving a silver Dodge Magnum, and investigators are actively following leads.
