The Chattanooga region received a huge amount of snow yesterday with flurries starting in the afternoon and continuing into the evening.

Nobody's going to school, and many businesses are closed.

Do you plan to build a snowman? Hunker down for a movie? Try to work from home (or make it in to the office)?

We want to see what a Chattanooga snow day looks like. And we want your help to make a video.

Use #snownooga on Instagram, Facebook and Vine to share videos of your experience. You can also email them to webeditor@timesfreepress.com with the subject line "Snownooga video". If you're using a phone, remember to hold it horizontally (landscape style). We'll put them together with footage from our staff for a fun look at our snowy day.

Not into video? You can still participate. Any photos, statuses or tweets with #Snownooga we'll pull together for an article.

Some humble suggestions for things to shoot:

- Film sledding or a snowball fight from your point of view - Show us what your steps look like as you walk - Display your snow day snacks - Show off your winter fashion - Film any icy aftermath of playing in the snow
