The family of a 1-year-old girl is asking for financial help after their daughter was shot in Chattanooga.

Zoey Duncan was one of four people shot in an apartment at College Hill Courts, Jan. 7.

During the incident Marcell Christopher, Talitha Bowman, Bianca E. Horton and Ms. Horton's 14-month-old daughter were shot. Bowman was pronounced deceased on scene.

The suspect in this case, Cortez Sims, was arrested two days later.

As she recovers, Chattanooga police say funds are needed to help with housing and medical treatments, who doctors have stated may suffer from paralysis.
