Authorities in northwest Georgia are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a creek.

Murray County Deputy Coroner Alan Robbins told the Dalton Daily Citizen an autopsy is scheduled for 38-year-old Alicia Greene, who was found in Holly Creek on Saturday.

Authorities say Greene's body was found by a passer-by near a campsite in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Robbins says she was found with camping supplies, but her camp hadn't been set up yet.

Robbins says the autopsy may take two months to complete.
