Chattanooga police identify all four victims of weekend shootings

Chattanooga police have identified the victims of all four weekend shootings in the city.

1. Around noon Saturday, 24-year-old Thadius Montgomery was shot while driving in Brainerd. He showed up at a hospital and is expected to survive.

Officers are searching the Brainerd area to find out where the shooting happened.

2. A second shooting happened around 1:30 Saturday at 3100 3rd Avenue. Gary Mitchell, 50, was taken to a hospital. He is in stable but critical condition, according to police.

3. 19-year-old Raven S. Hilt went to a local hospital shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday with a gunshot wound.

The circumstances of the shooting were unknown, but police said her injuries were not life-threatening.

The shooting happened at 700 North Orchard Knob Avenue, according to a news release.

4. Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting that is believed to have occurred at 2300 Vance Ave. late Sunday night, according to a news release.

Police received a report about 11:35 that 20-year-old Ladarius Watson arrived at a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. His injuries are believed not to be life-threatening.
