The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority Board of Trustees passed five resolutions including a compensation plan that will pay 99 hospital managers $1.7 million dollars in incentives and give a 10 percent pay increase to Erlanger President and CEO Kevin Spiegel.

Board member Gerald Webb was the only dissenting vote. The raise increases Spiegel's base salary to $748,000.

The other resolutions, including a 2 percent pay raise across the board for all eligible employees, the adoption of the 2015 Management Incentive Plan for eligible employees, and authorizing the development of an Incentive Compensation Plan for eligible nonmanagement employees, passed unanimously.
