A man was sentenced by a Chattanooga judge to spend 292 months in prison due to a child pornography conviction.

United States District Judge Harry Mattice, sentenced Brian Lee Krzeczowski, 42, of Dayton, Tenn., to spend 292 months behind bars, followed by a five year term of supervised release.

Krzecziwski pleaded guilty in December to producing child pornography, after the FBI, the Rhea County Sheriff's Department and Gallatin Police Department conducted a year-long investigation, according to a press release from the Department of Justice.

The investigation began when a young woman reported to Gallatin Police that she had a romantic relationship with Krzeczowski over the internet when she was 16, and was coerced into taking sexually explicit pictures of herself and sending them to him. After the on-line relationship ended, Krzeczowski posted the photos on her Facebook page. The investigators found these photos on his computer, and also the photos of another minor, who also sent sexually explicit pictures of herself to Krzeczowski, the press release says.
