The victim of the fatal Norfolk Southern train incident Wednesday night has been identified as Larry Wayne Hester, 57, of Sale Creek, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
A news release said Hester's friends in the Bakewell community helped identify him. The sheriff's office is still attempting to find his next of kin, the release stated.
