In observance of Thanksgiving Day, there will be no CARTA bus service or downtown shuttle service on Thursday.
CARTA Care-a-van service will be operating on a holiday schedule, providing dialysis trips only.
All CARTA bus services will resume regular weekday schedules on Friday, with the exception of the Mocs Express.

* All Hamilton County vehicle emissions testing centers will close Thursday and Friday for the holiday.
Stations at 5206 Austin Road in Hixson and 720 Eastgate Loop in Chattanooga will resume testing on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
* The Chattanooga Parking Authority has announced downtown parking meters will not be enforced - and therefore need not be paid - on Thursday and Friday.
