Five people face charges after police say the body of a missing Bradley County man was found Saturday in Polk County.

Tyler Andrew Worth, 25, was reported missing by his father on Oct. 15. He told the Cleveland Police Department that he had not heard from his son since Oct. 11.

Following an anonymous tip, the Bradley County Sheriff's Office questioned some individuals who provided information that led to additional interviews. From those interviews, officials determined that the missing person report was a homicide.

Cleveland police investigators determined that Worth was picked up off Green Drive. He was then driven to Hughes Lake Road where Jody Hughes allegedly shot him in the back three times, according to a Cleveland Police Department news release.

Police say Worth's body was rolled up in a tarp and taken to an area near Lead Mine Valley Road, then transported to a rural area in Polk County where it was deposited into a ravine in the far eastern part of Polk County.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office, Bradley County Sheriff's Office personnel, the Cleveland Police Department and the 10th Judicial District Drug Task Force recovered his body Saturday.

Worth's body was transported to Nashville for autopsy.

After hours of investigation, law enforcement arrested and charged: Ashley Marie Rutledge, 20, facilitation of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence and tampering with evidence; Richard Leroy Jerger, 35, accessory to the fact of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence and tampering with evidence; Jeffery Todd Crumley, 37, accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence and tampering with evidence; and Gus Roy Hawkins, 31, accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence and tampering with evidence.
