A Virginia fugitive had a Serbian AK-47 style rifle under a bed when authorities arrested him at a residence on Blount Ave. in Cleveland Wednesday, according to a news release from the Bradley County Sheriff's department.

Anturaum Montazz Dickey, 36, is being charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and violation of probation out of the state of Virginia.

The sheriff's office received a tip from the U.S. Marshal Service about the whereabouts of Dickey and apprehended him with the help of the Bradley County Sheriff's Office's Fugitive Team without incident.

Authorities found the rifle with a fully-loaded magazine under a bedroom where he was arrested.

An official at the Bradley County jail said Dickey had a hold on him applied by the U.S. Marshals, meaning he cannot be freed on bond.
