The Chattanooga Police Department has named the alleged suspect involved in high-speed chase on I-75 that ended in a crash by the Ooltewah Cracker Barrel on Tuesday.

Police urge anyone who knows the whereabouts of James Bryan Miller, 30, to call 911 immediately. Officers described his appearance as unshaven, with tattooed arms and dressed in white t-shirt and blue jean.

The department has also released the names of three officers placed on mandatory seven-day leave for discharging their weapons during the pursuit of the suspect: Officers Jame Barrow and Curtis Morris and investigator Ty Cooper. The announcement also identified officer David Lewis, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries when a semi truck hit the rear of his vehicle.

"During the course of the entire pursuit, he presented threats through his desperate actions to our law enforcement officers that they perceived needed and justified use of force," Chattanooga police Chief of Staff David Roddy said during a media conference Tuesday afternoon.
