Chattanooga Update: Jury awards 25 Chattanooga officers $560,000 and much more

A Hamilton County jury awarded 25 Chattanooga police officers $560,000 after finding the city of Chattanooga failed to give the them promised raises and failed to maintain fair conditions of employment.
